Pool hours for the summer season
A proposal to extend weekend hours to 9pm through August. Two owners had written in support; one raised noise carrying across the Rayburn Ct gardens.

1310 Farley LnAsked whether the association intends to repaint the mailbox cluster this year.
Association response
The board confirmed it is not budgeted for 2024 and undertook to consider it in the 2025 budget.
