64 ballots returned of 73 eligible. Osei (President) 60; Renner (Vice-President) 55; Raghavan (Secretary) 62; Nkemdi (Treasurer) 61. The Assistant Treasurer position drew no candidate and remains vacant.
Mailbox cluster replacement
Raised by owners in 2024 and deferred. The cluster on Farley Ln is corroded at the base and the postal service has asked for it to be addressed.
